Leptospirosis IgG Antibody is a blood test used to detect IgG antibodies against Leptospira bacteria, which cause leptospirosis. IgG antibodies generally develop later during infection and may remain detectable for a longer period. The test can help identify previous or recent exposure to Leptospira. It may be advised in patients with symptoms such as fever, headache, muscle pain, chills, jaundice, or red eyes, especially after exposure to contaminated water or soil. A positive result does not always indicate an active infection and should be interpreted along with symptoms, medical history, and other laboratory findings.
We provide blood tests in Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Delhi, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, and Greater Noida Extension(west).
